We chose Ronald Graham Roofing to repair an ongoing leak that other roofers did not manage to fix. We are a small building and we cannot afford paying for bad repairs that don't last. Given previous experience we thought that perhaps the leak was not fixable without major repairs, but the quote came and it was reasonable price. We had to wait a bit before they were able to schedule the job, but they attended in a professional and friendly way. They also train young apprentices, which is a good sign that the company has links with colleges and educational institutions. They provided a work report with pictures, which is something other roofers do not do. This is useful in tenement buildings to provide evidence of the work, when you need to gather money from all flats. Two months after they did the repair, I can say that the leak has stopped. We will consider hiring them again in the future.
