Family-run Ronald G Graham Roofing & Building Ltd was formed in 1996, although Ronald Graham, owner and managing director, has been working in the trade since 1983.

OUR STAFF
RGG consists of talented people who have helped make RGG what it is today. We employ over 25 full time roofers and 3 full time office staff.
Ronald Graham
Owner
Ronald Graham, owner and managing director, has been working in the trade since 1983.
He began his career in roofing after attending Telford College, where he won Apprentice of the Year in 1983. From there, he spent seven years gaining skills all over the UK.
After his success, he set up Ronald G Graham Roofing & Building in 1996 and since then, the company has steadily built up its reputation and client base, proudly serving the Edinburgh, the Lothians, Scotland and beyond.
Lynne Graham
Company Secretary
Lynne began her career in Edinburgh in 1984 and progressed through a variety of assignments before joining Ronald, instrumental in helping set up Ronald G Graham Roofing & Building.
Ian Gunn
Contracts Manager
Iain joined Ronald Graham Roofing in 1999 as a roofer and has progressed through the company to become our contracts manager and more recently our operations director.
Kerry Evans
Regional Manager – UK
Kerry is the Regional Manager ensuring our Edinburgh, Aberdeen and London offices run smoothly in their day to day operations.
Stephanie Louden
Office Assistant
Steph is our office assistant ensuring that all residential and commercial works are handled within the office across the UK. Steph ensures that all quotations, invoices and internal systems are all managed.
Zishan Ashraf
Technology Director
Zishan is the companies technology director, ensuring that all of the companies technology and marketing is executed to a high standard. Alongside this, Zishan ensures all commercial works are managed within the office.
Amir Fard
HR Director
Amir is the companies HR director, ensuring that all policies are adhered to and met.

Our fantastic team at RGG is instrumental in pushing this company to the next level as we scale across the UK.
All of the staff at Ronald G Graham Roofing and Building are trained in First Aid and all carry current CSCS cards.
Alan Morrison
Site Supervisor
Ally Morrison has been with Ronald Graham Roofing and Building for over 18 years, joining as an apprentice in the early 2000s, and progressing through the ranks to now become site supervisor. Ally is now in charge of his own squads, ensuring work is completed to a high standard, on budget and on time.
James Hill
Site Supervisor / Senior Estimator
James Hill has been with the company for over 5 years, previously serving as a director of another prominent roofing and building company. James has many, many years of experience on the tools and also serves as our senior estimator meeting with new residential and commercial clients to provide them with quotations for their new roof and any maintenance required.
Demetris Stevens
Site Supervisor
Demetris has been with the company for over 7 years, originally starting within the company as an apprentice. Demetris has progressed through the company well and continues to show promise for the future.
Denis Gallen
Site Supervisor / CISRS Scaffolder / PASMA trained
Dennis has been with the company for over 8 years, joining the company as an apprentice and passing and completing his NVQ level 2 Slating and Tiling in 2016. Denis is also a registered tower scaffolder with CISRS and has completed his level 1.
David Duke
Roofer
David joined the company in late 2018, he is a time served roofer having worked at Edinburgh roofing and building companies. He has over 10 years of experience in built up felt roofing and is a key member of our felt roofing squad.
David Coats
Roofer
David is a qualified roofer; having completed his NVQ at Edinburgh College in Slating and Tiling. He is an integral part of the slating and tiling squads.
Cameron Graham
Apprentice
Cameron Graham is one of the up and coming stars of the company, having already passed his first aid course, PASMA tower scaffolding and liquid waterproofing qualifications from Proteus MOY Materials and Garland UK. Cameron is on track to complete his apprenticeship in 2021, on track to complete all his modules at Edinburgh College with a distinction.
Craig Sinclair
Apprentice
Craig has newly joined the company from Edinburgh College. He has received a glowing referral from the college principal and we look forward to working with Craig and incorporating him in to our ever growing team.
Josh Mcnab
Apprentice
Josh McNab is one of the up and coming stars of the company, having already passed his first aid course, PASMA tower scaffolding and liquid waterproofing qualifications from Proteus MOY Materials and Garland UK. Cameron is on track to complete his apprenticeship in 2022. Josh was recently the only first year student awarded with a prize in recognition of his fantastic high standard work. He will be visiting the Cupars slate company’s quarrys in Spain in achievement.
Kieran Evans
Adult Apprentice
Kieran joined the company as an adult apprentice in 2019 ajd uas c0mpleted his first modules. We believe that Kieran has a bright future ahead of him and are excited to see what he will go on and achieve.
Paul Smith
Apprentice
Paul has newly joined the company from Edinburgh College. He has received a glowing referral from the college principal and we look forward to working with Craig and incorporating him in to our ever growing team.
Adam Bittaye
Yard Manager
Adam has had many years of experience in managing roofing and building companies stock and yard. Adam is currently trying to pursue ISO standards for the company to ensure it is being run as efficiently as possible.
