A roof care plan is an annual maintenance plan for your roof. For a fixed yearly cost we inspect it once or twice a year, clear your gutters, carry out minor repairs (depending on the plan), and give you priority if something goes wrong. It's the roofing equivalent of a boiler service plan — small, regular care that prevents big, expensive failures.

Every plan includes an annual roof inspection (by drone and on the ground), a written photographic condition report, gutter clearing, and priority emergency call-out. Higher tiers add a second yearly visit, included minor repairs (like slipped or cracked slates), a bigger repair allowance and discounts on larger works. We'll confirm exactly what's covered when you join.

Because almost every expensive roof problem starts as a small, cheap one. A slipped slate or blocked gutter, left for a year, becomes water ingress, rot and a five-figure repair.
